Refund policy

Returns

Due to the collectible nature of trading card products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any TCG-related items. This includes but is not limited to sealed product, singles, and graded cards. All sales are final.

That being said, if something arrives completely damaged or not as described please contact us within 3 business days at support@blizzardbeargaming.com and we will try our best to resolve the issue. 

Cancellations
Orders canceled before shipment are subject to a 3% processing fee to cover payment processing costs that are not refunded to us.
